DIY Bag Charms Using Thrifted Necklaces
Whenever I go thrifting, I always grab a few secondhand necklaces. They’re affordable but aren’t necessarily what I would personally wear. Instead, I take the beads off the necklaces and reuse them to make cute bag charms to add and swap across my handbags! So the next time you go thrifting, make sure you check out the jewellery section ♻️ To see how this project came together, click here. All you need are beads and charms (secondhand where possible!), jump rings, crimp beads and crimp covers, keychain clasps, scissors, pliers, stretch cord and chain. I get my beads from charity shops (and scored bags of seed beads from Reverse Garbage in Brisbane last year!). So next time you go thrifting, make sure you check out the jewellery section ♻️
